TIAA is Hiring a Lead Program Manager Near Charlotte, NC
Lead Program Manager The Lead Program Manager job will optimize objective delivery within the Digital Distribution and Enterprise Mobile organization. The job requires knowledge of the Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master and Release Train Manager roles with an ART and the ability to fill those roles as needed by the portfolio. Key Responsibilities and Duties Optimizes value flow through the Agile Release Train through team facilitation and Agile coaching. Collaborate with the Product Manager and Product Owner(s) to ensure the teams and program have a healthy product/program backlog. Manages dependencies across teams within the ART and across TIAA Understand risks to plans resulting from dependency conflicts, blockers, and resource constraints, and help drive proactive measures to enable teams to deliver on time. Tracks story, feature and capability execution. Coaches team to adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business. Ensure teams are within their capacity and WIP limits to help them successfully deliver on their commitments. Conduct post planning and pre-planning team and/or program increment events. Actively participate in Safe and Agile Community of Practice. Help teams establish a DevOps culture and mindset, focusing extensively on the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and associated Agile technical practices. Ensures the team follows standard processes while identifying opportunities for improvement. Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required Work Experience 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 8IC Required: 5 yrs Program/Project Management work experience. 5 yrs of Agile experience SAFe experience required Preferred: SAFe certification Prior experience working as an RTE, Scrum Master or Developer Base Pay Range: $109,200/yr. - $181,900/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
