The Financial Analyst II is responsible for preparing and analyzing the monthly, quarterly, and annual results of the organization. Through the compilations of financial reporting, this job reviews the company's financial information, and prepares various reporting and presentations for upper management. This role also helps prepare the company's annual financial statements, regulatory reporting, and works with both internal and external auditors. Key Responsibilities and Duties Prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual financial results to identify drivers and explain key variances Assists with quarterly financial board reports, ratings agency presentations and supporting schedules for the Call Report Prepares assigned and ad hoc slides that "tell the story." Prepares ad hoc reports customized to the needs of the CFO or senior management. Prepares financial reports and presentations for management that inform business and financial decisions. Develops and maintains relationships with business partners. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
