Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Property Size: 218 units (market rent)

Employment Duration: Regular, Full time

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • Is knowledgeable about plumbing, electrical, dry wall, HVAC and work orders.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and is wildly passionate about helping people.
  • Must be HVAC or EPA certified.
  • 4 years of Supervisory or leadership experience.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:

  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
  • Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
  • Participate in all community maintenance duties, including; preventative maintenance, service request completion, and grounds keeping.
  • Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow up.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field.
  • Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
  • Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
