Thunder Bay Community Health Service is Hiring a Dentist Near Onaway, MI

TBCHS is looking for a full-time Dentist for our Onaway and Atlanta Locations

Employment at TBCHS requires your compliance with all Federal, State and TBCHS requirements pertaining to mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations.

Thunder Bay Community Health Service, Inc. (TBCHS) is a non-profit, (501)(c)(3) corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing the communities it services. TBCHS began serving the community with its first clinic in Hillman in 1982, when a group of concerned citizens identified the need for greater access to primary health care in this three-county region of northeast Michigan.

Thunder Bay Community Health Services focus on comprehensive and preventative care and are designed to meet the primary and secondary health care needs of our community. We commit our resources and passion to provide comprehensive primary health care services for people of all ages.

Our Onaway Dental practice is seeking a full-time Dentist. We provide dental services in a public health setting for all ages including a partnership with the University of Michigan for dental student training. On-site primary care medical services and a full in-house retail pharmacy complement our successful dental practice. Student loan repayment is available under the National Health Service Corp.

Candidate must be a licensed Dentist in the State of Michigan.

Education and/or Experience: D.D.S or D.M.D degree from accredited dental school.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Maintains current certification and appropriate licensure as required by the State of Michigan Board of Dentistry, Board of Pharmacy, and the U.S Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration. CPR certification is mandatory for this position.
