Care & Comfort Veterinary Hospital is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to the team!Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience in a Veterinary setting, would be able to multi-task, would work well in a fast paced team environment, and would be able to provide excellent customer service.This position works 10 hour shifts.

Compensation:  negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $18 - $21/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Job duties include but not limited to:

• Obtaining patient and client history,
• Answering multi-line phone system, 
• Handling the check-in and check-out process of hospital visits, 
• Ensuring clients and pets are provided exceptional service,
• Learning basic triage, vaccine and hospital protocols,
• Reviewing treatment plans of recommendations,
• Client Education,
• Scheduling appointments, 
• Maintaining a clean and safe lobby area and workplace,
• Communicating respectfully and professionally with all team members to provide quality care.
