- Previous administrative assistant experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Strong computer skills
- Experience working with confidential information
- Establish and maintain filing systems
- Order and stock supplies
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required
- Compile and enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s), verify data, identify issues and research or correct as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
