South Carolina Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care is looking for a high energy and enthusiastic experience Veterinary Client Services Representative.
The Client Service Representative plays an essential role in our hospital serving as a patient advocate and creating a client experience that exceeds expectations. The CSR role includes: Creating an engaging experience with the clients, answer and telephone triage incoming calls, communicates with general practice/sending veterinarians on hospital referrals, monitor client flow from check in to discharge, manage records request, process payment transactions, cash management and reconciliation, assist with client education, relay messages to staff, assist with updating client demographics, distributing mail, requesting medical records, scanning documents and attaching to medical records, monitoring hospital email accounts, and promote hospital safety with clients.
We are looking for candidates that are self-motivate, client focused, able to remain calm in stressful situations, able to multi-task, reliable, work in a fast paced environment, trustworthy, empathetic, collaborative, and supportive of the hospital team(s). If you are someone who is not only willing to go the extra mile, but the second and third mile to achieve a client experience that exceeds expectations we encourage you to apply. Previous experience in health care, veterinary medicine, or the hospitality industry are highly encouraged.

Scheduled Shifts will be 3 12 hour days
Candidates will participate in classroom training and 4- 6 weeks of clinical training in our specialty hospital. Candidates will have their own individual training plan, 1:1 monthly check in, and department staff meetings.
Hours 36-40 per week
Pay Band: $16.00 - $20 hr. based on knowledge, experience, and education.
