Animal Medical Clinic of Fairburn (a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner) is looking for an outstanding person to join our Customer Service Representative team! We need someone who is dependable, has a positive attitude, is a self-starter and possesses superior customer service skills.
Starting pay - $15/hourly

Job Duties:

• Provide top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and procedures, manage patient and client flow including checking patients in/out, and handling basic client complaints
• Facilitate communication between clients and medical team as needed
• Educate clients on veterinary care or forward questions appropriately
• Utilize computer information system to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records 
• Process client payments and invoices, and follow up on additional or missing payments 
• Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized.
• Other administrative duties as needed
