Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities, is actively seeking an Application Support Specialist. The Application Support Specialist supports the implementation and configuration of electronic health records. Trains all employees on EHR best practices, including training for new employees and periodic training for existing employees; maintaining positivity and a friendly demeanor throughout. Serves as the administrator of EHR and primary point of contact for EHR users. Provides ongoing support to users to maximize EHR effectiveness. Assists with EHR user trainings. Works with the team to develop and maintain a list of reporting needs and frequency with which reports are to be generated.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. These are great work hours with paid Holidays off starting day one of employment!!

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information of a confidential nature
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid PA Driver's License
- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
- Pre-employment drug screen
- PA Criminal History Clearance
