You are able to work to increase leads and sales pipeline via the website, email, social media, ads, and more to diagnose where a pipeline is leaky, how to fix it and then how to grow from there. You have worked with a Business Development team to create a comprehensive ABM strategy that unifies marketing, sales and solutions engineering around the same activities and goals and you’ve executed that to plan.You can create compelling web, email and social copy and design for conversion across channels--from landing pages to CTA’s. You know how to execute A/B tests to ensure ongoing optimization. You’re obsessed with creating an overall better experience for our existing leads. This includes creating effective ongoing outreach and a strategic lead nurture email strategy. You have methods to ensure program accountability with a strong eye towards analytics. You’re able to prove your progress via data. You’re equally as adept at strategy and planning, as you are at hands-on execution. You're a natural do-er, erring on the side of action rather than analysis paralysis. You’re agile and decisive. You’re excited about the prospect of working at a tech start-up and embracing the challenges and opportunities that come with growing our presence in the Chicago tech community and beyond. You’ve likely worked in a marketing capacity with a strong focus on pipeline generation at a tech company, start-up, or agency in the past. Most of all you are excited about the prospect of completely owning and being accountable for the results of a complex pipeline growth strategy.While we’d prefer a Chicago-based candidate, we’re considering anyone based in the continental US or Canada who has regular, daily availability during US-business hours.
