*New year, New Practice*

Seeking a general dentist for 2-4 days a week in Cranberry Township, PA. This boutique, high end practice is in the sophisticated, thriving area of Cranberry. Located right off Route 19 in Ogle Station, this practice has high visibility to tens of thousands of people driving by daily. This practice has been open since 2017, has two solid days of hygiene a week and a high new patient inflow due to the marketing the practice provides.

Practice also provides staffing, operations, equipment, and supplies. Our highly skilled treatment coordinator/ office manager has many years of dental experience at our offices and is highly motivated and skilled when it comes to sell cases for the Doctor and keeping this practice organized.

Offering a custom compensation package which includes 34-40% commission, depending on experience and skill set. Willing to discuss and negotiate monthly contribution to malpractice, CE’s, and tuition reimbursement, as well as paying to credential provider with insurance companies.

This is a group practice with 4 locations total. Many of our dentists travel to multiple locations. This is a great opportunity to build your career in dentistry with a friendly team and a steady inflow of new patients.

Practice markets sedation dentistry and our ideal candidate either has experience with sedation dentistry, or is willing to learn. A nitrous license is necessary for this position. If candidate does not possess one, we will support candidate in the process of obtaining. Candidate also should be proficient in crown and bridge, endodontics (including molars), extractions, and removable prosthetics. Implant dentistry is a bonus and willing to provide additional compensation for doctors skilled in implant dentistry, however not required.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $550,000.00 per year
