Thor Motor Coach is continuing to grow and we are actively searching for energetic, self-driven and positive individuals to join our Production Management Team. We work as a team at Thor Motor Coach, so you’ll communicate with a wide variety of departments, from Engineering to Sales to Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and coordinate production schedules with the goal of improving production efficiencies
• Enforce company and safety policies including PPE enforcement
• Follow and enforce applicable employment laws and partner with Human Resources to handle issues as they arise
• Promote a safe, positive work environment by training, coaching and motivating team members
• Identify and develop leaders within the department
• Work with all team members to produce the highest quality products for our customers
• Display a team oriented attitude

Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
• Strong Leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to identify and develop leaders within the department
• Customer focused attitude/ work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to handle stress, maintain organization and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team setting
