Technology is a key component of our efficiency and service delivery. We leverage a variety of technical tools to communicate, create, manage projects, and keep us consistently in touch and on point. Our IT team is an essential part of our success, and we need a Helpdesk Specialist who wants to keep us all cranking out good work.

In order to be successful and continue in your professional development, you possess the following:

• A relevant technical certification (or maybe more than one) in Mac OS & Microsoft or commensurate formal education
• Proficient in macOS, iOS, O365 systems functionality and troubleshooting
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware
• Experience working in a help-desk role is ideal
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• A MAJOR PLUS if you have experience with:
  • JAMF MDM suite
  • Cisco/Meraki hardware
  • SonicWall appliances
• Excellent communication skills, as you will partner with a wide range of team members, from senior executives to individual contributors
• Contributes to a culture of exceptional client service, delivery efficiency and distinction
• Excellent organization skills. Knows how to work efficiently and prioritize execution
• A self-starter who loves the freedom and accountability that comes with handling their own workflow. Adept at communicating problems/issues along with action plans or alternatives for resolution
• Comfortable handling changing priorities, learning new skills and building consensus across multifaceted functions.
• A conscientious team member who takes responsibility for their success as well as their team’s success.
• Takes pride in everything they deliver as a reflection of themselves.
