The Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Thirty Madison team. We are looking for an Analyst that is detail oriented and highly motivated team member to help us grow the Supply Chain capabilities. The Supply Chain Analyst will have direct responsibility over maintaining appropriate inventory levels across our multiple brands and product offerings. Serving as a key thought partner on supply and inventory planning and working cross functionally as well as serving as the key point of contact for external supply partners. Above all, you’ll embody Thirty Madison’s mission to serve more patients and give people access to the healthcare they need.

This role will initially report to our Supply Strategy Manager on our Finance team.

What you get to do everyday:

• Lead supply portion of S&OP process, identifying key risks and inventory forecast.
• Identify work flows required to improve supply planning process and assist with data integrations.
• Manage open replenishment Purchase Orders and coordinate new orders as needed
• Partner with Suppliers and Operations to coordinate Purchase Order deliveries
• Manage vendor relationships and drive down material costs.
• Conduct risk assessments on supply trends, review and rebalance inventory
• Manage end of month inventory reporting and reconciliation with accounting. 

What you bring to the role:

• Able to maintain and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• 2-3 years experience in planning or supply chain management required
• Experience with ERP and planning systems - including Netsuite and Anaplan
• Exceptional Excel skills required
• Possess strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, innovative thinking and vision
• Solid grasp of retail math and procurement planning concepts.
• Experience managing multiple Items at both International and Domestic Suppliers
