Job Description:

Thinkwell Group is looking to grow our team with the addition of a Marketing Manager. This role will report to the Global Marketing Director/VP and will work closely with the Project Development teams and TAIT Global Marketing teams to execute marketing programming, communications, and collateral across channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivator with strong writing skills, project management experience, and a collaborative, flexible attitude.

The Marketing Manager will be involved in developing and executing tactical marketing activities for Thinkwell Group globally, with a strong focus on digital marketing development and support, along with close collaboration with the TAIT Global Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage Thinkwell’s online and social media presence, including content development, web updates, and ongoing maintenance and monitoring across all of Thinkwell’s digital channels.
    • This will include working cross-functionally with other internal teams (Graphics, Media, Content, Production) at Thinkwell and TAIT, as well as external resources.
    • This will also include oversight of Thinkwell’s website projects/updates (and jumping in to support when needed) - WordPress experience preferred.
  • Help develop and implement marketing activities and assets to grow brand awareness and support new business initiatives, including video development. 
  • Collaborate with teams at Thinkwell and TAIT to develop high-impact and engaging marketing materials, such as presentation decks, case studies, one-sheets, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support Thinkwell public relations efforts as needed.
  • Maintain client distribution lists and client outreach marketing efforts, in collaboration with the Project & Business Development teams.
  • Support and collaborate with global office teams (Montreal, Abu Dhabi) for regional marketing needs and coordination of Thinkwell corporate marketing initiatives.
  • Support and manage Thinkwell marketing efforts for key global conferences and events, with coordination support from the Development & Marketing Associate
  • Manage 50-75% of workload plans for Development & Marketing Associate, in conjunction with Global Marketing Director/VP

Qualifications:

  • BA / BS degree, with coursework in marketing and/or communications.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Keynote, and various social media platforms.
  • Marketing writing samples are required.

  • Full Website Review: to review all content, edit/correct/update as needed

      • SEO review and suggested next steps
      • Project artwork/visuals/video review
      • Continued Bio and Team updates
      • Blog content planning for H2 2022
  • Social Media planning and onboarding
  • PD/BD introduction and collateral overview 
    • Support with deck updates and new project needs (pitch deck, quals deck, case studies, etc)
    • Starting to learn our key projects, capabilities, and categories
    • 2022/2023 planning for print collateral and material/asset needs with Lisa
  • Thinkwell Media introduction
  • Brand and Graphics Introduction: tie into Business Development and deck needs as a potential early project
  • ReView distribution planning and execution (June/July once we have them printed)

Estimated Division of Time/Responsibilities:

45%: Digital Marketing Support - Website, Social Media, Analytics, etc.

30%: Support and Drive Marketing Initiatives for BD/PD - decks, collateral, etc

15%: Media management support and coordination

10%: General dept support and coordination
