General Responsibilities:
· Managing email as needed to include screening for required responses and follow-up
· Managing calendar to include new scheduling, communicating with parties, confirmations
· Preparing written communications on behalf of senior leadership
· Administrative Tasks, including copying and filing
· Answering phone calls, checking voicemail and disseminating accurately
· Organizing meeting and personal travel, setting and confirming itineraries
· Supporting meetings (agendas, background research, recaps)
· Ensuring the director stays promptly on schedule
· Office organization and restocking, including light cleaning as needed
· Conducting and preparing any research that the director may require
· Occasional personal errands
· Various ad hoc requests
Required Skills and Competencies:
· 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferred
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Verbal and written articulacy
· Technology savvy
· Demonstrates initiative, integrity
· Operates with a sense of urgency
· Detail-oriented
· Well-presented, professional, and polished
· Professional discretion and confidentiality- will be required to sign NDA
· Well-developed time management skills and operational efficiency
