As a Service Desk Technician you will play an integral role in the support of our rapidly growing technology company's partners and clients. Through your work, you will interact with clients, solve technical issues via remote control, learn about technical bench work and provide exceptional customer service. Your work will enable our field service personnel to optimize their time at client sites, and promote extreme customer satisfaction to our clients.

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO:

• Have demonstrable customer service experience
• Have demonstrable technical support experience
• Who have taken the really proficiency test for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
