The Opportunity
Therapy Tree is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Assistant. The Recruiting Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and recruitment support. You will have responsibilities to train and provide support in the areas of talent acquisition and administration. This position is integral to the team to assist with administrative flow and internal growth. Responsibilities 

  • Support, assist, and backup Talent Acquisition or mangers throughout the day or while out of the office, creating a seamless experience for clinical and non-clinical roles. 
  • Effectively prioritize Talent Acquisition or Manager's requisition needs and match them to appropriate open positions
  • Communicate with clinical/non-clinical candidates and new hires via phone, email and text
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to the team if necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Some experience in sales, or in a metrics-driven environment, strongly preferred
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for candidates and new hires 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of JazzHR and similar ATS systems
