Join our growing team of Account Managers in the world of Mental Health Billing & Practice Management. What You’ll Do

  • Develop strong relationships with your assigned clientele, managing their practice and insurance financials
  • Learn and execute benefit verification and eligibility knowledge to ensure clients will be paid for services with their patients
  • Prepare and submit claims to various insurance companies electronically ensuring adherence to payer-specific guidelines
  • Problem solve and investigate issues within the claim adjudication process
  • Speak directly with patients, helping them understand benefits, balances and making them feel comfortable with the financial aspects of their Therapy
  • Introduce your clientele to new and more efficient service opportunities within the organization

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to function in a fast paced,multitasking environment
  • Comfortable learning new technology, with the ability to retain information quickly
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to listen and anticipate the needs of patients and clients
  • Commitment to building and maintaining thriving relationships with your clients
  • Energetic, friendly and able to effectively problem solve
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on positivity and honesty

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Full time, 40 hours/week
  • Our staff works both a 5 day 8 hour work week & a 4 day, 10 hour day to allow for an extended weekend. After the initial training period, you would be eligible to move to the 4 day work week should you so choose.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $68,779.00 per year
