Who We’re Looking For:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for success with our big box retailers in Consumer Electronics, Mass and Club Verticals by engaging existing relationships to drive current and new business development for the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with our agency partners across CE, Mass, Club and QVC
  • Provide monthly forecasts, updates, revisions, and modifications to the sales plan.
  • Analyze business, identify opportunities and execute plans to exceed sales in-store and online.
  • Create seasonal activity plans and call cycles and make shifts when necessary to optimize sales
  • Create and execute a plan of action; follows through to achieve exceptional sales results
  • Utilize resources to develop and implement effective prospecting results
  • Work cross-functionally with internal resources; international sales, marketing, customer experience, PR and education to bring viable solutions for local customer needs
  • Maintain and develop CRM database, provide monthly reports and forecasts
  • Track and document prospecting activities, new contact names, and opportunity qualification notes
  • Monitor and be accountable for market metrics and develop actionable insights to improve the efficiency and performance of the market
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping proprietary information confidential
  • Live and breathe the Therabody brand with an infectious passion for executing the brand’s mission

The Right Person Would Have:

  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers with the following customers is preferred but not required – Best Buy, Target, Costco, Sam’s and QVC
  • An analytical sales background that is customer facing
  • Firm understanding of retail go-to-market strategy and pricing
  • Experience and interest in the health and wellness industry
  • Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity
  • Independent self-starter able to self-motivate and drive the business forward
