About the Role

Thentia is seeking a highly energetic Talent Partner to join our Talent and People team. We’re on a growth trajectory to double in size every 24 months, as we expand in the US, Canada, and internationally.

You’ll be hands-on, and facilitate the end to end hiring process, partnering with our coaches, hiring managers to identify the best possible people to meet our short term and longer-term hiring goals. You live and breathe ‘talent’ and operate with a high sense of urgency. You love to win and are driven by the energy of the pursuit of building teams who can do incredible things together. Above all, you lead with integrity and are driven to succeed collaboratively with the team

You’ll play a variety of roles from talent scout, strategist, advocate, researcher, marketer, to negotiator. You’ll use your well-developed ability to assess and analyze talent for their suitability against technical and experiential criteria and who are aligned with our values. Collaboratively with our Talent Coordinator, you’ll facilitate a high-quality hiring experience for our candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify short term and longer term team goals, including hiring needs and capabilities; translate those needs into a ‘talent attraction’ plan to go to market to hire.
  • Facilitate end to end talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, engage, screen and assess, recommend, and hire the best talent we can.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as social media, professional networks groups, talent databases, LinkedIn, Slack and GitHub, referrals, networking, etc.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Track and report results using various tools to manage workflow and handoff, and accuracy of metrics.
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years experience in corporate agency progressive experience including technical sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and functioning as a Talent Partner.
  • Experience hiring in a wide range of disciplines from software engineering, technology, cloud engineering, sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and implementation and delivery.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth technology or software based B2B or B2C environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a business, HR, or other relevant discipline is required. CHRP or SHRM certified is preferred.
  • Deep experience with various ATS or talent platforms is essential, such as BambooHR, LinkedIn, among other research tools and resources and a diverse set of research channels.
  • Excellent communication skillsto engage, inspire, and communicate a clear and compelling message
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and effective at managing multiple search projects at the same time.
