• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music, and scent to ensure a memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as backup for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care of the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly
