In addition to being solid contributors to the day to day operations of our Wendy's restaurants our managers have the following functions:
· Assist General Managers with recruiting, hiring, orientations
· Maintain staffing levels
· Deliver fast, friendly service to our guests
· Have strong knowledge of menu items
· Understand and adhere to food safety guidelines
· Efficiently operate POS system (Cash Register)
· Lead the way by setting a positive example for TEAM
· Other duties as assigned
