Project Manager, North America The Project Manager for North America will provide hands-on support and oversight for the planning, reporting, design and deployment of Edge Data Center augment projects in North America. We are looking for a technical / technology savvy self-starter that can support multi-disciplinary teams in delivering projects on time, on budget and within specifications. This position reports to Director of Program Management and is based in the United States.
Primary Responsibilities

• Work with construction management firm / general contractor to deliver assigned projects on time and within budget.
• Support PMO and Engineering in gathering and clarifying customer requirements.
• Assist in the development of project Scope of Work and estimates from customer contract and additional customer requirements.
• Provide high-quality, recurring and ad-hoc, verbal and written reports.
• Communicate with the customer directly, if needed, and obtain results.
• Track project deployment progress via contractor interviews, site photos, and on-site data gathering.
• Interface with project stakeholders at both working team and executive levels.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure company goals are met, including hosting a weekly progress meeting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experienced with working on multi-million-dollar project/program management in a support role or greater.
• Strong understanding of construction terms, processes, and contractor roles.
• Experienced with written and live customer-facing presentations.
• Proficient knowledge of computer environment including Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity of telecommunications and data center products & services.
• Self-starter with positive attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, globally diverse environment.
• Strong and effective team player in working with various disciplines and peer groups.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to safety.

Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Supply Chain, or additional experience in those areas in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 30 / VCA-VOL or equivalent certification.
• Candidates with PMP certification, a distinct focus on Data Center industry, Construction, Real Estate, large scale project management, reporting, and/or customer facing processes and procedures are highly encouraged to apply.

Travel

• Up to 30% with the flexibility to travel on short notice. Each project managed will require site visits.

US Salary Range
$80,000—$85,000 USD
