Responsibilities Provide computer, networking, phone and other technical support to faculty, staff and students for the College of Education. Lead or assist on completing assigned projects. Utilize issue tracking and system management software to provide documentation of work performed. Consult with faculty, staff, and students on application of new technologies Other related functions as assigned. Required Qualifications Knowledge of computer and peripheral operations, installation, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of directory services and remote access tools. Demonstrated experience in IT customer service and/or help desk environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a higher education setting. Salary Range $50,000 annualized salary depending on qualifications Working Conditions May work around standard office conditions. Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
