qExecute the restaurant's higheststandards of hospitality, cleanliness and operational execution

qDemonstrate knowledge of the The Simple Greek brand andmenu

qCommunicate clearly and professionallywith managers, staff and guests

qPrepare, cook, and serve our guests ahigh-quality product in a timely manner

qInteract with guests to provide quick,friendly, and accurate service

qMaintaincompliance with all company, store, federal, state, and local policies,procedures, laws and ordinances as required (particularly with regards to food,health, and safety).

qOperate all machinery in accordance with The Simple Greeksafety requirements and all applicable state and federal laws

qFollow The Simple Greek procedure to prepare recipes toThe Simple Greek specification for excellent food quality

qResponsible of receiving orders as wellas putting them away by rotating items properly to maintain the freshestproducts at all times. First in First Out.

qCompare invoice to the actual itemsthat came in

qCommunicate well with your team membersin order to produce quality food with speed and accuracy.

qOpen and close assembly line using lineschematics

qMaintaining the quality of food as wellas ensuring it’s visually appealing

qKeep the ordering tickets in order asthey make their way down the assembly line.

qEnsure each station is ready forservice during all shifts

qEnsure the food is stored and cooked atthe right temperature

qEnsure adherence to THE SIMPLE Greek cash handling andpayment procedures

qAdhere to Federal/state and local laws in addition to THESIMPLE GREEKpolicy holds team members and managers accountable to thesestandards.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

qPerform all additional FOH/BOHfunctions including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, serving and greetingthe guests

qOther duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIRMENTS:

qMust be at least 18 years of age.

qRecord of maintaining high standard in restaurant cleanliness,sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.

qHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

qPassion for the business and compassion for people.

qHighly-Energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.

qGood oral and written communication skills, and outstandingleadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

qBasic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical /decision-making skills.

qBasic personal computer literacy.

qMust be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing,weekends and holidays.

qSERV Safe certified preferred.
