This position is an entry role within the Capital and Investments team working group and will focus on optimizing the performance of a $600 million revenue portfolio through designed analysis and execution of leasing strategies while working closely with the broader Capital and Investments, Property operations, Sales, and Business Intelligence team verticals.
The Analyst fosters strong cross departmental working relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, agile, corporate environment. This role demands excellent communication skills, agility, well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills and takes no half measures.
