A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ARCHITECT
Your main responsibilities include the designing and production of various architectural construction documents while maintaining regular contact with our clients. You are a success at managing project teams and budgets to ensure the successful completion of projects while satisfying clients' needs for cost-effective and critical design criteria. Due to your exceptional organizational skills, projects are always completed by their assigned deadlines and according to plans. You're a great leader and have a keen eye for design, which makes you a great fit for this architectural project management position!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- 7 years of experience
- Experience in producing architectural construction documents
- Experience in design for a variety of buildings
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate with clients and project team members
- Knowledge about estimating & specification writing
- Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Registration required
