A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ARCHITECT

As a member of architecture management, you help keep our company running. Your main responsibilities include the design and production of various architectural construction projects while maintaining regular contact with our clients. You are a success at managing project teams and budgets to ensure the successful completion of projects while satisfying clients' needs for cost-effective and critical design criteria. Due to your exceptional organizational skills, projects are always completed by their assigned deadlines and according to plans. You're a great leader and have a keen eye for design, which makes you a great fit for this architectural construction position!

Qualifications

• Master/BS/BA Architecture degree
• 7 years of experience
• Registration required
• Ability to lead, coordinate and communicate with clients and project team members
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office required
• Experience in producing architectural construction documents
• Experience in design for a variety of buildings
• Knowledge of estimating & specification writing
