Overview of Position:

The Eastern Territorial Headquarters Women’s Ministries Department has an opening for a Program Specialist. This individual will provide support for the Territorial Women’s Ministries Secretary (TWMS) and assist in ensuring programming excellence in all aspects of Women’s Ministries.

Responsibilities

• Assists the TWMS to develop, prepare, edit program materials for social media posts, workshops, lectures, fairs and other events/programs.
• Develops and implements programs and initiatives designed to publicize the organization and increase public awareness.
• Oversees projects and communicates between teams to assist in the overall completion of tasks and assignments in a timely manner
• Communicates with each command in the territory in a regular basis in order to share information, letters, and announcements from THQ, NHQ, and IHQ.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of standard concepts, procedures, and practices within necessary relevant fields
• Maintains office supplies, and manages financial billings and records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 – 3 years related experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher etc.
• Strong organizational skills
• Intermediate level computer skills & creativity
• Be proficient in all Microsoft Computer Programs including Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher etc.
• A record of active involvement in Christian ministry
• Strong organizational skills
