SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Recording of DHQ income and other duties.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Process and record all DHQ income on a daily basis.
- Preparation and delivery of bank deposit(s).
- Prepare and input monthly Area Services/Corps billings.
- Print and Mail monthly billing statements to corps and area services.
- Book corps supports service liabilities from information provided by finance staff.
- Assist in the processing of internet and credit card donations under direction of Chief Accountant.
- Produce income related reports as required.
- File income related material.
- Assist A/P clerk in the filing of payables material and other tasks as needed.
- As petty cash custodian, maintain petty cash fund and provide reimbursement in accordance with established policies.
- Assist in completion of assigned monthly DHQ bank reconciliations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience• Analytical and problem solving skills• Attention to detail and an eye for a high level of accuracy• Very effective organizational skills• Time and Stress management skills• Multi-tasking skills• Effective verbal and listening communications skills• Valid driver’s license that meet The Salvation Army insurance requirement.
