Account Executive Job Description:

The Closer’s mission is to increase revenue by connecting with qualified, pre-framed prospects or past buyers and closing them on qualified, inbound, booked appointments. Working with clients who deal with high-ticket items, the Closer will stick out from the rest of the pack and strive to be the best at closing big-ticket sales. The Closer’s primary focus will be on connecting with leads and converting them into our client’s offerings.

Experience Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Sales Experience of prior inside/phone sales experience.
  • Inbound / Outbound Sales Experience.
  • CRM Experience.
  • Ability to combine sales skills with technical knowledge.
  • Excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet.
  • Knowledge or interest in the Internet Marketing Industry.
  • Must have a positive attitude and a high figure-it-out factor.
  • Master at objection handling
  • Always wanting to improve your craft in selling.
  • Strong empathy skills, willingness to dive deep into the prospective client's pain points & must feel comfortable having uncomfortable conversations.
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma.

Mission Of The Position

The mission of this position is to increase revenue by connecting with qualified pre-framed prospects or past buyers and closing using end-to-end sales and booked appointments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and field inbound calls
  • Understand the Client’s industry/ category and offer
  • Convert prospects into customers and follow up as required
  • Manage and nurture your lead pipeline and convert old opportunities into sales
  • Keep CRM and various other systems up to date and accurate
  • Attend all team meetings
  • Explain and discuss products and services with customers.
  • Handle sales objections and enroll customers.
  • Make payment collection calls as necessary.
  • Respond to chat, emails and calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key Criteria / Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Ability to work anywhere within North American time zones.
  • Fluent in English
  • Has the ability to close high ticket sales for clients
  • Has a strong work ethic and desire to get results while serving the clients
  • Is comfortable with online technology
  • Is strong with accountability to self, clients and customers
  • Has a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • PST, MST, CST or EST time zones (UTC -8 to UTC -5)
  • Office set up with a computer, cell phone, and good internet connection (Mandatory)
  • A proven track record of past performance
  • Home office with internet
