About the Role

Use your customer service skills to provide guests and clients with a personalized and memorable experience.

Duties

  • Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, other departments and the customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of events.
  • Ensures events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage programs; ability to tailor them to fit client’s needs.
  • Maintain high standards of service and deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the guests and employees.

Skills & Experience

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
  • COVID Hygiene Certificate (from Australian Hotels Association)
  • Experience working in events role required.
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
