What You'll Bring to the Table:
Experience: At least 5 years in a high-velocity tech company or startup. Alternatively, 6 years in system administration and support.
Education: B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Your toolkit includes deep knowledge of macOS and Windows laptops, alongside proficiency with Cloud SaaS Apps like Slack, Jira, Github, and Adobe CC. Familiarity with Mac Imaging and MDM software (JAMF Pro) is key.
Soft Skills: A strong desire to assist, positivity, and excellent problem-solving capabilities. Youre an effective communicator, detail-oriented, and focused on customer service.
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of VPN, home/office networks, scripting/automation, media streaming, and device knowledge. Google Workspace expertise would be the cherry on top!
Your Impact:
Provide both first and second-level support, ensuring smooth operation of software, hardware, and infrastructure.
Be part of the user lifecycle from account provisioning and hardware deployment to orientation.
Offer on-site support, participate in on-call rotations, and handle video conference setups and troubleshooting.
Play a pivotal role in technical projects and maintenance, from desktop support to networking.
