Compensation:
$75,000 (Commissions only)
Responsibilities:
- Learn top-notch prospecting skills from Nationally-renowned coaching teams
- Go on multiple appointments weekly - show homes and provide market analyses to clients as requested
- Follow up with clients in a timely manner and negotiate contracts and transactions
- Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients
- Nurture your database with our 36 touch system
- Be a trusted advisor in all things real estate
- Mastermind with top producers in other markets
- Be a team player, we all grow together
Qualifications:
- Real estate license is required or be on track to obtain one
- People and growth-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic about personal & professional growth
- Passion for selling with strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Full-time position only

Pay: $77,971.00 - $150,000.00 per year
