The Radnor Hotel is currently seeking a Bartender/Server for our on-site restaurant, Glenmorgan Bar & Grill. Flexible availability is desirable, as working nights and weekends are required. Benefits are available to our Full-Time employees (Health Insurance, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401 (k)).

Bartender/Server experience is required.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To possess a natural willingness to go the extra mile to ensure each guest satisfaction and to instill the same enthusiasm within all staff through positive leadership and a participating management style.
• Strive to exceed both long and short term performance goals.
• Stay in close touch with guest base, acting as a conduit for feedback to all departments to the Food & Beverage Supervisor or Manager on duty.
• Anticipate.
• Strive to 'please all guests at all times.'

• Responsible for providing quality hospitality, sanitation and service to all guests.
• Possess a superior menu knowledge, including daily food specials, beer selections, current glass wines and wine flight offerings and all name brand liquors, including glassware and garnishes. Possess a thorough knowledge of the POS, proper cash taking, credit card and room charges and check procedures.
• Will, at all times, abide by the Radnor Hotel policy regarding acceptable standards of practice as outlined by Training for Intervention Procedures by server of alcohol (T.I.P.S.).
• Will serve only the highest quality food and beverage and check all orders to make sure that they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly and attractive in appearance.
• Responsible for the accurate individual bartender close-out and credit card, coupon and cash reconciliation, including declaration of all tips on a daily basis.
