IT Support Coordinator

The IT Support Coordinator will help the Director of Technology manage our entire technology environment across all lines of business. This person will be the first point of contact for employee IT requests and troubleshooting. The IT Support Coordinator will also own short and long-term projects given by the Director of Technology. We’re looking for a motivated, relational, detail oriented, self-starter with a progressive mindset who has a desire to help our company grow.

Primary Role:

• Support the Director of Technology
• Responds to issues as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to
  • Software troubleshooting requests, networking issues, system upgrade requests, file permission requests, and new software deployments
• Account administration, i.e., account creation, group management, passwords
• Follow best practices in the areas of customer reporting, logging, tracking, resolving of IT Incidents and Service Requests

Requirements:

• Fluent in Windows & Mac OS
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Self-starter with a desire to grow personally and professionally
• Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds

Salary ranges from $50,000 - $55,000 annually based on experience and skill level.
