The Role:

As our IT Manager, you’ll be the backbone and the problem-solver for all things technology. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our IT systems and services are running smoothly and securely, from servers and networks to databases and software. This position works directly with the Director of Solutions Strategy to support and elevate all our departments, providing them with the best IT solutions and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You’ll be a main point of contact and liaison for our outsourced tech company, managing the relationship and ensuring the quality and timeliness of their deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management – Plan, implement, and monitor the IT infrastructure and services across the organization. Manage inventory and resources. Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
  • Collaboration and Support – Provide in-person technical support and guidance to team members on IT issues and requests. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Escalate complex or urgent cases to external vendors or specialists as needed. Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with our outsourced tech company. Communicate clearly and regularly on the scope, expectations, and feedback of their work. Monitor and evaluate their performance and deliverables and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Development – Research and evaluate new IT technologies and solutions that can improve the organization’s performance and efficiency. Lead or participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and security enhancements.
  • Leadership – Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with other managers and stakeholders on IT matters and objectives. Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in software, systems development, and/or tech support in an IT management or a related field.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, ChatGPT, MidJourney) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-oriented and service-minded attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new IT challenges and opportunities.

  • Compensation ranges from $80,000-$150,000 annually based on experience and skill level.
