The Personal Marketing Company has been in business for 43 years helping real estate agents from all over the country grow their businesses via direct mail and marketing.
Our Client Service Specialists are an important part of our success. We are growing and looking to expand to our team.
The individual in this role will be based in Lenexa, KS and report to the Director of Client Services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist customers via phone, chat, email and text
- Create new accounts
- Update accounts
- Assist with ordering on our website
- Answering questions and seeking solutions to solve problems
- Data entry of orders.
- Outbound calls to current customers to soft/cross sell.
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service/call center experience
- Salesforce/CRM experience a plus
- Comfortable using multiple software applications simultaneously
- Enjoys working with people and solving problems
- Interested in assisting our customers with additional product offerings
- Skilled in Excel a plus
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
