Spanish preferred.Basic math skills required.Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of the restaurant service; health, sanitation and safety requirements.Must be familiar with AHCA Regulations, State and Federal Laws.The Ideal CandidateResponsible, always on time, resourceful, very accurate and detail-oriented.Flexible as to work schedule.
