What you would be doing:
You will be working closely with the Administrator and Department Heads to create and manage staffing schedules and assures staffing levels are adjusted as needed to meet census and resident care needs.

The successful candidate:
Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Quickly grasps concepts and interrelatedness of budgets, overtime, and per patient day scheduling, and has the ingenuity to be flexible and manipulate schedules as needed.
Has strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, motivate, and gain commitment from team members.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
