The Onsite Supervisor role will be based at HMMA located in Hull Hope, Montgomery AL . This position is the liaison between the client, our teammates, and the Ōnin Staffing branch. In coordination with either an Onsite Manager and/or a Branch Manager, the Onsite Supervisor will ensure all service objectives are met. This is a 3rd shift position (9:45pm-7:15am)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationship with teammates and client
• Produce badges
• Oversee check-in process and end of shift paperwork
• Manage time clock punches per shift

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, teammates and the client.
