ABOUT US: At The Nonantum Resort, we strive to provide memorable, high-quality experiences to our guests while maintaining a friendly and respectful work environment. Our Human Resources team keeps our staff happy and well-informed, and we are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage and execute bi-weekly payroll operations.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Assemble, review, and process bi-weekly payroll for 185 employees
- Collaborate with department managers to maintain accurate timecards
- Accurately calculate gratuities for dining outlets, events, and housekeeping
- Confidentially maintain employee wage data and update as needed
- Interact with coworkers in a professional, courteous manner. Demonstrate teamworking skills.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience navigating a complex payroll
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse team and with proper etiquette
- Proven success of managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience with iSolved preferred
