The Nanny Concierge is an elite nanny placement business in located in Arizona. We service every city in Arizona with a heavy concentration in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Arcadia, Gilbert, and Chandler.

The Nanny Concierge is hiring experienced, loving, caring and highly-qualified individuals who have a desire to make a difference in the lives of families around the valley. Our clients are the BEST. We ensure that each nanny we place is working in a safe, loving, and supportive home. • Charge(s): M, 13 years old; M, 12 years old; F, 7 years
• Hours: Mondays 3-8:00PM, Tuesdays 8-3:00PM, Wednesdays 8-11:30, Thursdays 8-8:00PM, Fridays 3-9:00PM. **Family is willing to be flexible to get to a full 30 hours if desired. The schedule will change in the Summer with the kids out of school and travel.
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 30
• Paid Time Off/Benefits: Nanny will earn 30 hours of paid time off every 6 months; or, 60 hours per year. PTO may be used for any reason, including; vacation, illness, medical appointments, family care, and personal business. In addition to, 6 paid federal holidays which fall on the nanny’s normal Monday-Friday working day (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

[My husband] and I love attending church, getting together with our Life Group, serving the community when time permits, date nights are a must and we share a love for music and wine. Our ideal nanny is someone who loves children and has a passion for working with special needs kids. They will be kind hearted but firm, extremely patient, calm, extend grace and be flexible. We are looking for someone to not just clock in, but someone we can get to know and grow with our family. They will need to love being outdoors (including swimming) even during the summer months; be professional but personable, make safety a priority and I can't stress being punctual enough.
