The Myers Law Group is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Newport Beach, CA
Boutique Orange County business and intellectual property law firm has an immediate opening for a full time litigation legal secretary or paralegal. Some essential duties include client contact, document review and production, drafting and responding to discovery, indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation, research, calendar management.
At least 3 years experience is required, preferably in business and/or intellectual property litigation in both State and Federal courts. Solid knowledge of litigation support and case management, experience in organizing caseloads, discovery, pleading preparation and familiarity with the California and Federal rules of civil procedure are essential.
