Duties/Responsibilities:

· Picking, Inspecting and Packing of Orders

· Oversee the safe handling of all serialized inventory.

· Ensuring their team is logging all inventory in /out.

· Keeping accurate shipping and tracking records for shipments

• Supervising pre-shipping quality control inspections
• Assess and resolve issues relating to inventory management, transportation, and logistics systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities along with oral and written communication skills
• Provide comprehensive logistical support daily for both inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying safety procedures and overseeing quality assurance.

• Ensure carriers, shipping and receiving personnel, and other logistical areas comply with safety standards and legal requirements.

• Provides feedback to supervisor on work related issues, including those that might lead to disciplinary actions.

• Provides advice and assistance on work techniques, best practices, and subject-matter expertise to co-workers.

• Ability to work independently, including making decisions affecting company resources.

Required Skills/Abilities:

PREVIOUS FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN COLD CONDITION (-10 & -15)
