We are seeking to hire a full-time Client Communications Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills with a strong work ethic and heavy attention to detail. Legal experience in a high-volume service-oriented environment, Foreclosure experience is a plus.

Summary: Under general supervision, a Client Communications Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely daily communications with the clients. Client portals must be updated daily, and any client requests received must be responded to within 24 hours or less. Provides support to the attorneys and staff in requesting information and/or documents from the clients. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
