The Mortgage Law Firm, PLC is Hiring a Client Communications Coordinator Near Temecula, CA

We are an established multi-state law firm headquartered in Temecula, CA. We provide legal services to mortgage servicers in the area of foreclosures and bankruptcies. We offer a positive professional environment with the potential to grow professionally as the firm grows.

We are seeking to hire a full-time Client Communications Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills with a strong work ethic and heavy attention to detail. Legal experience in a high-volume service-oriented environment, Foreclosure experience is a plus.

Summary: Under general supervision, a Client Communications Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely daily communications with the clients. Client portals must be updated daily, and any client requests received must be responded to within 24 hours or less. Provides support to the attorneys and staff in requesting information and/or documents from the clients. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Requests documents and information from clients. Follow up on documents & track requests
  • Manage and track workload in vendor sites.
  • Continuous monitoring to ensure all client requirements are met (i.e. document uploads, client updates, and re-projections)
  • Handle any client inquiries and escalated matters
  • Completes reports as assigned by manager
  • Provides assistance in assigned Contact Inbox as well as team Inbox
  • Assist attorneys and staff in obtaining information or documentation needed from the servicer
  • Communicate with clients utilizing appropriate vendor sites
  • Attends and contributes to department meetings and group discussions
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed and performs other related duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • 1 years of legal experience in a high-volume service-oriented environment, Foreclosure experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Foxit PDF

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
