We are looking for a skilled, hard-working, and reliable handyman to join our maintenance department here at The Monzo Group - Keller Williams. You will be responsible for needed repairs at properties, identifying the need for repairs at properties, and responding to clients’ maintenance requests. As well as, installing and removing signs and lock boxes. Experience required. Photographer experience is a plus, Rental Certification is a plus. A high-level fun individual is willing to work on individual projects.
Compensation:$32,000 - $41,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Basic home Renovations and Rehabs
- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repairs
- Detect and report the need for repairs(punch list)
- Rental inspection coordination (if needed)
- Regularly check to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns
- Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and courteous professional manner
- over time be able to understand procedure and preferences of employer
