We are seeking a Management Analyst to become an integral part of our direct client’s team in support of a DoD engagement in Fort Meade, MD. This is a full-time, permanent position. No layers. 

Must have an active Top Secret/SCI (Poly highly preferred). No ability to work remotely, all work must be done on site.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Current Operations (COPS) templates; including but not limited to Commander’s Update Briefs, Higher Headquarters briefs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Seven Minute Drills, After Action Reports, and situational awareness briefs
• Develop and update COPS Planning/Synchronization briefing materials for presentation at Command and Higher Headquarters battle rhythm events. Attend battle rhythm events and capture notes/minutes of proceedings and revise briefing materials accordingly
• Update processes and procedures for COPS, and update products tailored to specific requirements. Update content on the Maritime Operations Center Operating guide
• Participate in daily coordination meetings
• Attend synchronization meetings to facilitate task planning and assignments
• Coordinate across staff and external elements to gather data in response to Request for Information (RFIs)
• Assist in documenting task assignments, tracking task assignments, and follow up until complete
• Coordinate with the command task coordinator to ensure synchronization of tasking assignments and tracking

Requirements:

Minimum:

• • BS or BA degree
  • 5 years specific experience performing management analysis
  • 4 years specialized management analysis experience in areas such as business process engineering, configuration management, quality control/assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning.
