Some type of Front Desk experience is a must.

Punctuality and professional appearance are required.

Front Desk Associate needed for oceanfront hotel in Myrtle Beach. Customer Service experience a must. Hospitality experience is preferred. Must be able to work the second shift and always have reliable transportation. Please apply through indeed by attaching resume. We are looking for a part-time Desk Clerk who thinks critically.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with the booking, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests needs.
• Make reservations for Guest and answer phone calls.
• Able to work different shifts when needed.
• Register & Process guest and their assigned rooms.
• Maintain a clean and neat front desk area, as well as other others.
• Having an open availability.
• Providing accurate documentation and follows all policies and procedures.
